It wasn’t because the agent I hired wasn’t good.  In fact, I was very satisfied with John and Lili. This is was an investment house that we bought in 2007. My share for this investment was 75% and my partner’s share was 25%. Since I had some financial disputes with my relatives, I wanted to sell the house and be done with it. My partner and her husband were in a divorce lawsuit, and her husband was still living in the house and has never paid any rent. So that was the situation we had to deal with.
